We set a regular cadence (weekly or bi-weekly) to recap the previous week, analyze current friction points, and plan the attack for the week ahead. It is a "time out" to ensure you are acting strategically, not just reacting to email.
Focus: Personal Growth, Career Transition, Emotional Intelligence, Work/Life Integration.
Format: Weekly or Bi-weekly sessions (50 mins) with asynchronous communication via email or text as needed.
Team Dynamics & Facilitation Coaching
Best for: Leadership Teams, Sales Teams, and Cross-Functional Groups. "Align the collective." Misunderstanding is the biggest friction in revenue. Using the PeopleMap™ framework, I help teams decode their distinct communication styles. We move beyond "personality clashes" to build a common language (Leader, People, Free Spirit, Task) that reduces friction and accelerates execution. Available as individual assessments or full-day team workshops.
Focus: PeopleMap A.C.T. principle and method of relating to others:
A = be AWARE of your own type (This is your natural way to communicate)
C = be CONSCIOUS of the other person’s personality type
